For delivery before Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, but these are our best conservative estimates based on Fastway's performance during this busy time of year:
- NSW Metro - Order before 20th December
- NSW Rural - Order before 16th December
- QLD, VIC, ACT Metro - Order on or before 19th December
- QLD, VIC, ACT Rural - Order before 14th December
- SA Metro - Order on or before 16th December
- SA Rural - Order on or before 12th December
- WA Metro - Order on or before 13th December
- WA Rural, and all other areas including NT - Order on or before 9th December
You can of course place an order at any time, but the above dates give your wine the best chance of getting there by Friday, Dec 23rd.
IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMEFRAME REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AREA OF CHECKOUT AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE.
Any orders placed on or after 21st December will be held until we re-open on the 6th January in the new year. This is to avoid wine being left in depots for long periods over the holidays.

You can place an order 24/7 on our site at any time of the year. Our offices are however closed between December 23 and January 06, 2011. Please leave us a phone message on 1800 756 771 and we will respond on our return.
