just wanted to congratulate you on a brilliant tasting tonight. Apart from the
sheer quality of the wines, the tasting was the best organised I have attended
in years. THANK YOU for not overselling the event, and thank you for having
knowledgeable and keen staff who are passionate about the product. The tasting
was well organised with the whites and reds in separate rooms, and the cheese
and antipasto quality excellent.
