The menu has been specially created by Kiwis Josh Emett, Chef De Cuisine at Gordon Ramsay's new restaurant Maze and Dan Shanks, Executive Chef at Atlanticgroupv, and will feature New Zealand product and flavours including King salmon, Canterbury lamb, Mainland reserve cheese and a Kiwi take on meringue,
The meal will be accompanied by a range of delicious wines from Villa Maria and coldies from Steinlager Pure.
