The Coopers Creek Limeworks Chardonnay nose is of vanilla, sweet lemon, grapefruit, hazelnut, and subtle oak. The palate is powerful and balanced - It has weight, sweet fruit, beautiful texture and length.

Immediately approachable, it will continue to develop through to 2014 in the bottle. Match with Pork, Salmon or Crayfish.
