The bouquet is tight and concentrated with aromas of citrus fruits, mealy-nutty oak and minerals with a steely, flinty cut. The palate shows concentrated citrus moving in to white stonefruits and hints of melon and toasted nuts. The trademark Moutere minerality runs through the spine of the wine from start to finish. Incredible power and poise, this is a truly great chardonnay.
