Wither Hills Marlborough Chardonnay 2010
Similar to its predecessor in its youth, with more elegance and poise, the oak is a little more subdued, but showing great subtle spiciness, length, and beautiful fruit weight. The use of fruit from their acclaimed Rarangi Vineyard adds to the mineral palate structure and lime citrus aromas.
Drink now-early 2013. Match with Thai grilled chicken breasts.
