The 2008 vintage produced well ripened fruit. The bunches of small berries were handpicked and carefully macerated followed by ageing for 10 months in a selection of barrels. This is a beautifully integrated wine with silky tannins. Violets and cherries on the nose followed by rich mouth-filling dark fruits with hints of vanilla and chocolate producing a well balanced , rich and lively Pinot Noir.

Drinking beautifully now, it will continue to develop in the bottle through to 2014+
