This wine was absolutely wonderful all by itself. We enjoyed the warm flavour on a cool evening. We will definately give this one another go....

Terrific wine, Villa Maria Reserve hits the mark here. I'm not usually a fan of Marlborough Pinot, but these guys have prepared a cracker. Fruit evident (of course, it's Marlborough), but so much more happening here. There's lots of work gone into this wine that is instantly appreciable through depth of flavour and full finish/length. Can't quite work out if it'll cellar, so I'm likely to drink what's at home pretty soon.
