This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vibrant pink colour resulted from leaving juice in contact with its skins for several hours prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The wine shows delightful aromas and flavours of white peach and nectarines, with hints of strawberries, cream and rose petals.
