Ripe citrus and tropical fruits underpinned by a degree of minerality and a hint of basil. Fresh, concentrated and full bodied showing excellent balance between fruit and acidity. Match with white meats, pale cheeses and seafood - especially scallops and oysters. 

Ideally enjoyed as a young wine but may be cellared for several years.

The wine is dry but achieves good tension between alcohol sweetness and juicy acidity.
