Jackson Estate 'Stich' Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Pure aromas of passion fruit and nettle dominate. An undercurrent of mineral leads to a mouthful of sweet and sour stone and yellow fruits, all wrapped together with a backbone of fine ripe acidity. Some time spent on lees has helped to develop a wonderful roundness to the palate and great mouthfeel.

- Ralph Kyte-Powell 4.5 stars (2008 Vintage_ "Jackson Estate produces a couple of Marlborough
sauvignon blancs. This fruit-dominant version has mouth-watering aromas of
guava, tropical fruit salad and fruit junket. The palate has a trace of fruit
sweetness, good varietal flavours, zesty acidity and a refreshing finish. An
archetypal example of quality NZ sauvignon." The Age, 2nd June
