Quartz Reef Methode Traditionelle Rose NV
This Cuvee is a made entirely from premium estate sourced Pinot Noir grapes. - Bottle fermented and aged 24 months on

The bouquet is very much ripe strawberries with a background of breads. The palate is intense, lush pure pinot noir, dry, vibrant and lingering.

"This light salmon-pink rose has a composed, flinty nose that reflects
thorough approach, ahead of bright and ripe red-berry fruits: strawberry
and wild raspberry here, some light pastry notes too. The palate’s
built on impressive, sizzling acidity and carries fresh, ripe
wild-strawberry flavours in neat, composed shape. Good balance here.

- "Based entirely on pinot noir, grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago, this
pale pink bubbly is very fresh and lively, with strong, strawberryish,
spicy flavours, yeasty and smooth. Dryish, it is an instantly appealing
wine, with excellent harmony and length
